Hennepin Lawyer Features Article on Representing Asylum Seekers

The May 2006 edition of The Hennepin Lawyer includes an article written Refugee and Immigrant Program Staff Attorneys Emily Good and Malinda Schiechen. The article, entitled "Representing Asylum Seekers Through the Immigration Process", describes the international law guarantees for protection of refugees fleeing persecution and their implementation in our legal system through U.S. asylum law.
