DESCRIPTION:

In May, 2008, Cheryl Thomas was one of fifteen invited experts for a United Nations Expert Group Meeting in Vienna on best practices in legislation on violence against women.  In June, 2008, Ms. Thomas, Mary Ellison and Aviva Breen traveled to Yerevan, Armenia to work with advocates there on passing a new domestic violence law.  Please join us for an update on the outcomes of these two initiatives.
