Representing Asylum-Seekers in the Circuit Courts - CLE

ASIL, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education are offering a one day, six credit, CLE entitled "Representing Asylum Seekers in the Circuit Courts" on October 6 in Philadelphia and on October 7 in New Brunswick, NJ. Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights volunteer attorney Sally Silk of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP will present in Philadelphia based on her experience representing asylum seekers before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
