Attorney Agreement

Please complete this form if:

  • You currently have a pro bono asylum case through The Advocates and wish for that case to be covered by The Advocates malpractice policy;
  • You are planning on taking a pro bono asylum case through The Advocates and wish for that case to be covered by The Advocates malpractice policy.

You must review and check all required fields of the Attorney Agreement in order to be eligible for coverage on The Advocates malpractice insurance policy. You only need to complete this agreement one time. In addition to the agreement, The Advocates must have a copy of a retainer agreement between you and your pro bono asylum client on file for the representation in order for you to be covered on the malpractice policy. You will receive a copy of the retainer agreement in the case transmittal packet from The Advocates.
