For lunch, some vendors in the
Minnesota Marketplace
(across from the Great Hall) will be open, or you can purchase a variety of sandwiches and wraps (including veggie, vegan and gluten-free) at the Gopher Express, just a few steps away from the Great Hall in Coffman Union. Check out their products on their website
