REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT PROGRAM (Building Immigrant Awareness and Support) The B.I.A.S. Project (Building Immigrant Awareness and Support) is an educational campaign to combat anti-immigrant sentiment. Recognized as a national model for effective education and advocacy, the B.I.A.S. Project serves as a resource for accurate information about legislation affecting immigrants and refugees as well as the impact of migration on our economy, culture, and labor market. The Project works with and mobilizes community networks, immigrant and refugee groups, and schools to educate about and advocate for refugee and immigrant rights.
